Yes. Every suite breaks down into sub-services you can purchase à la carte (16 total across the 5 suites). For most pursuits, a complete suite or a multi-suite bundle is better value than buying sub-services individually.

A suite covers one phase of the pursuit (e.g., Capture suite = win strategy + teaming + staffing + capture plan). A bundle combines multiple suites for one pursuit (e.g., Proposal-Ready bundle = Capture + Bid & Propose). The Full Pursuit Bundle delivers all 5 suites.

No. GovHub OnDemand is purely transactional — you pay per pursuit. Subscription plans for unlimited pursuits are on the roadmap for later in 2026.

You complete the configurator and intake form first. Payment is collected at the end of intake, before the pursuit goes into generation.

About 1 hour from intake completion, regardless of which intake path you chose (Express ~5 min, Refined ~15 min, Optimized ~30 min). The intake duration controls how tailored the output is; the generation time is roughly constant.

It depends on what you buy. A Full Pursuit Bundle includes 9+ artifacts: opportunity intel brief, capture plan, teaming & staffing recommendations, full proposal volumes (Technical, Management, Past Performance), executive summary, compliance matrix, GFPM-completed pricing model, price-to-win analysis, and an independent review report.

Native federal proposal formats: Word/.docx for narrative volumes, Excel/.xlsx for compliance matrices and GFPM, PDF for executive summaries. Everything is editable so your team can do final polish before submission.
