One organization per referrer
A referral is bound to the referred organization's UEI/CAGE. Multiple users at the same org count as one referral.
No self-referrals
You can't refer yourself or any other organization you control or are an officer of.
First referrer wins attribution
If a contractor has been touched by multiple referrers, the first tokenized link they use locks the attribution.
One-shot per referred customer
You earn the referral reward once per new organization, regardless of how many times they purchase later.
Conversion = first paid pursuit + window passed
A referral counts as completed when the referred customer (a) signs up via your link, (b) completes their first paid purchase, and (c) the refund/comparison-claim window passes without claim.
